Job Title: System Design Consultant

   主要职责：

Responsibility and results:    

1. 了解真钱老虎机自动化行业的基本技能，以及客户的产品和流程细节；

   Knows basic figures and customer processes in detail;

2. 精通产品的独特卖点论证和投资回报率论证；

    Masters USP and ROI argumentation;

3. 根据客户的具体需求，度身定制最适解决方案；

    Best solution concepts are (demonstrably) implemented in the individual customer projects;

4. 解决客户的技术问题；

    Makes technical contact with the customer;

5. 提供项目解决方案。

工作内容：产品设计与流程设计

Tasks / activities: Product and process design

1. 通过对客户的数据和运营流程进行分析，利用数据原理设计基本解决方案流程，制作流程图，协调解决方案流程的制作与描述；

   Description of data analyses and processes, creation of basic solution processes using

   the data basis, process flow chart, coordination of solution-finding process, definition of solutions;

2. 概念方案的设计、选择、评估与分析；

   White board concept finding and selection, evaluation, analysis of concepts;

3. 为销售提供可供选择的演讲方案；

    Presentation of solutions alternatively/additionally to sales;

4. 利用SWOT法进行分析；

     SWOT analysis;

5. 计算投资回报率；

    Creation of ROI calculation;

6. 运用各种工具和方法解决问题；

    Application of tools/methods for problem solving and idea generation;

7. 了解行业动向。

    Collection of knowledge of competitor solutions and products.

知识技能：

Know-how:

1. 从客户的角度出发理解真钱老虎机，并分析客户的成本动因；

Logistics know-how from customer{$}s point of view, knowledge of the customers{$} cost drivers;

2. 了解真钱老虎机领域的相关KPI要素；

Logistic-related KPIs;

3. 具备丰富的真钱老虎机设备和系统流程知识；

Profound logistics and material flow knowledge;

4. 具备综合且专业的IT知识，并具有较为丰富的工具使用经验，如：Excel，分析系统，演讲，Visio等。

Generalist but comprehensive IT knowledge, extraordinary experience in applying tools 

such as Excel, analysis systems, presentation, Visio.

 个人技能：

Personal skills:

1. 良好的英语沟通能力和书写能力；

Good command of English skills (both written and verbal);

2. 具有从事真钱老虎机行业相关工作五年及以上的经历；

At least 5 years (5 years included) of relevant work experience in system 

design or consultant;

3. 良好的逻辑思维能力，敏锐的客户需求意识，系统的工作方式；

Good power of deduction, keen sense and reflection of customer needs, 

systematic and structured method of working;

4. 较好的社交技能，跨文化沟通技能；

Social, multi-cultural skills;

5. 具有创新思维，富有激情，有较强的抗压能力，并有良好的自我驱动力；
